Agree. I've set up email addresses for both of my daughters and I have done the same thing. I can even see the hangout messages as they come and go because I get notifications on my phone.

Regarding the darker screen...is it always dark or does it dim when using Netflix? I had an issue with my screen dimming when using certain apps. I was advise that it was something in my power save settings. I unchecked "background color" and it fixed the issue. Try it if you use per saving...

So, a question that I haven't seen asked or mentioned yet - do you have to have the specific modem installed for the ROM you flash? For example, I have LJ7 - do I only use ROMs but in LJ7, or can I use ROMs based on LG8? Thanks. (Those are modems, right? If not, what is the proper term?) Sent...
