Realdave, I'm just guessing here about what the issue could be. I know for sure that it isn't a BT problem, because when BT is turned off it displays "DISCONNECTED" (also there's a cloud with a line across it), and in this case it displays "OFFLINE" (also NO cloud). :-\

At first I thought it was a problem with the Bluetooth connection, which is not (because when the BT is turned off it displays 'DISCONNECTED'), glad it's not that. But it is really annoying that I turn my wrist, watch display turns on, "Ok, Google..." and the thing is Offline. Can't really do...

So, I've been having this issue where I tap my Moto360's screen for the 'Google Now' screen to appear, but instead I will get an 'OFFLINE' message with a crossed-out cloud and it won't take any voice commands. Sometimes it stays offline for seconds, sometimes for minutes, sometimes I have to...

First day: 100% charge, 3 hours later it was at 12%, totally disappointed. Second day: 100% charge, 11 hours later still at 45%. Third day: 100% charge, 14 hours later still at 37%. *Note: between day 1 and day 2, I got the System Update and turned Ambient Off. I'll keep monitoring my battery...
