I am having the same problem with mine. It took some time, but I figured out that the X401 IS made by XTOUCH. XTOUCH | Born Smart will get you to the smartphone list. THEN you need to go to older phones 2012-2013, it seems the x401 was one of there first phones. ALSO, they aren't in the USA and...
