Same here - Verizon sim in and my update came down at 3pm - I'm now at MMB29K - December 1, 2015 Sec Update, Android 6.01!

I forgot to note that I did this with the sim out. I had to put it in a backup phone in case I got calls. So the sim was out. Thanks for asking about that.
