    I would love if it would just simply read me the number of an incoming call if the caller is not in my contacts, or the contact name if it has been previously saved in my contacts. Thank you!

    This is the app I am using, but I cannot get it to read out caller information like I'm looking for. So far I can only get it to read out newest messages through my headset.

    Yeah, I can get it to read out the last text message/newest text message and also it'll read out Hangouts messages. I am using the Tone and Talk App for this functionality.
