Because the Mate 10 isn't officially available in the UK and are therefore going against the manufacturer's Ts & Cs I'm guessing. Don't know really, the guy at EE just said they'd get in trouble for doing it, I assumed he meant legal action.

Yes, sorry I forgot to reply to this. EE said if I was to import from Spain it would work fine on their network. They couldn't help me import (cos they'd get sued) and they couldn't offer any support or repairs should it break (again, because they'd get sued).

So, the Mate 10 looks like it's the top contender to replace my slowly-dying LG G5... but for some reason it's not available in the UK. There's only the more expensive Pro model, which doesn't have Micro SD or a headphone jack. Two things I 100% want in a phone. So my question is, the Mate 10...
