Yesterday I went to the actual Picasa website.from my computer . It auto logged me on since I was logged into gmail. Then one by one I erased my albums. Double check my settings. Then went to my phone double checked my settings for Google +. Wiped cache for the app. Rebooted. Problem solved...

Yea, I went to app drawer looking for settings it wasn't there. I also tried looking from ADW settings menu, and settings wasn't available. But upon a couple reboots It was good to go. Thank you for your fast replies and due diligence.

Followed your instructions to the T for post #2. Used CWM. Wiped the cache, then Delvik cache, then ran the firmware, then the rom. After the boot, the phone's settings "app" is showing as not installed on phone. Any suggestions please? -Please Disregard- Rebooted twice...kinks worked out...
