Hi when i get incoming calls i get no ringtone, or no notification tone for txt e-mail. I tried to change the tone and they are quiet too. But i can use speaker phone on calls, play music thru the speaker. phones works perfect otherwise, verizon store only wanted to sell me a new phone lol...
