I just ordered a Kingston 64gig Class 10 card. We shall see if this permanently solves the problem. I won't hold my breath, but I'm a tad optimistic. :-)

Update: So, I have figured out that the card is marked as DIRTY. CHKDSK cleans it, but then reports that it can't change the marker from DIRTY to CLEAN. I even used a HEX editor, and it wouldn't allow me to edit the card. Basically, same problem - the card can not be written to (whether...
