I own a 2011 Fusion. I can tell you right now. If your blue-tooth audio connection stops working (and usually sync stops accepting voice commands), give up all other efforts. You have no choice but to live with it OR disconnect your (car) battery for a few minutes, then reconnect it. Every time...
