Woot, got it updated. While the phone was booting I quickly connected to Port 12, read the phone, and wrote the PRL before it finished booting. The phone rebooted and now has 1115 installed.

No flickering issue here, using 1.3 as well

I did find a port 15 when I booted into Recovery and that allowed me to read, and it appeared to write the PRL but upon reboot I'm still on 61007

The only problem I'm finding is that the ports are available while booting, but once you get to your main screen the ports are no longer available to connect and make the change in QPST.

Same issue too. Reset data connection at 2230 while getting ready for work and by the time I got to work at 2345 it had lost it again. Seems okay for now but its getting old fast.
