Always power off after every use, although not using mine much at all.

I've found mine gets warm very quickly (10-15 mins) when using some of the Tegra 3 enhanced games, but guessing everything is running flatout thus generating a lot more heat. It's on the underside and seems more to the left which might be contributing to the screen seperation issues some owners...

Well mine has popped back up again after a few hours of use. Either the glue didn't bond fully or the heat from the unit has unset it again. Think I'm going to get a refund and wait things out for the time being. My concern is that I get another that has this issue and have to waste time...
