After that I lost all my photos in a micro sd crash, I set an auto backup to google. But when I delete photos from the phone gallery, they still stay in google photos. How do I make them update the deletion too? Also, why can't I see my phone gallery albums in google photos?

Thank you. I managed to do that. But when i send sms and choose the contacts there, for some reason there's still one SIM contact. But I can't find it and delete it. That's so weird .
