Mine has done the exact same thing. A factory reset did not resolve it. Did you ever get a fix for this? The screen does the white flashing/rolling while it's on the charger, and does not respond at all while I'm wearing it. However, the watch seems to still be functioning because it's syncing...

Did you ever find a resolution to this? My Gear Fit 2 is doing exactly the same thing. A factory reset DID NOT fix the problem.
