It says unknown under the status...And it was under lte but now it's global.

It says globle under the access points. And the phone is listed as Verizon, I think. I left the phone at a repair shop, but they are having trouble also.. everytime I try to make a call or text it says no network, even when it's showing full service.. I bought the phone off a guy And it worked...

I need help please. I was having the same problems. I have a Verizon phone with a Att Sims card. Well I reset the phone And I was able to make calls but today when I woke up I wasn't able to make calls or anything...I can use the Wi-Fi but that's it.. what am I doing wrong.
