Where do you find the developer mode on an S5? Thanks mine still doesn't work w APN settings changed

I brought a GSM unlocked S5 to Sraight Talk, after many issues w the SIM cards I had to use the AT&T (GSM) instead of the Verizon (CDMA) and my phone doesn't have the icon 4G LTE anymore, just an H. Does that mean I'm not getting 4G LTE? I also can't access my voicemail or get/send picture...
