Thanks for your advice. Finally found an app "wifi fixer' that solved my wi-fi problem. As for email. I just use the Yahoo app and retrieve my email that way. I tried K-9 but didn't like that you didn't have a check mark to just simply delete emails. I get a lot of junk.
