Go to samsung health on your watch then scroll down to the little water drop/blood oxygen icon and press it, then simply measure your oxygen levels.

I tried to use Dex but I never liked the gui and I don't like that it takes over my screen/computer monitor. I think I'll stick with vysor much easier gui/interface... and no need for wires/connection after first initializing.
