I had the same problems with mine dying after it reached about 10%, I read that it is the battery. After purchasing a new battery I no longer have an issue (and of course I am getting more battery life out of my phone!).

What a mess! You should give cricket a try. They use AT&T's network and I have been pleased with them, especially after leaving straight talk.

I have had the same problem.. My battery is taking a hit after doing this process to clear the cache. Not sure what to do about it....

My note4 was so very fast when I first got it (and it was used) but over just a few months and after the Lolliflop update the lag has really been a pain. Not sure what to do about it.... (it makes matters worse that I accidentally hit the update button for Lolliflop!! And I couldn't stop it...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I went to check and see if the update was available, and it downloaded it automatically. I couldn't stop it.....

I accidentally downloaded the Lollipop update, but I have not installed it yet. And the options to cut off the software update and not show the notification are not accessible (they are there but you cannot change them). Is there a way to delete the Lollipop update that I have downloaded but...

I installed Lolliflop a few days ago. Very bad experience. Install got stuck for over 2 hours, just turned the phone off and it finished (I think). Text hasn't been working properly, phone dialer hasn't been working properly, battery drains fast (which I'm used to). And some other problems...
