I've already done this but when I try to launch the calculator it asks me for my PIN. On the iPhone I could use the calc without my PIN. The other issue is I can add the Clock app as a shortcut but I want to go directly to the Timer. Any ideas?

Hello, I've just parachuted myself out of the Apple walled garden and enjoying the Android experience. One feature I liked on my iPhone was being able to launch calculator and countdown timer even which device was locked. Any ideas how I can do this on the G7?

I second this. The stock keyboard takes a bit of getting used to but it has some powerful features. In addition to the above you can also swipe down to make the keyboard dissapear and swipe up to to make it reappear. You can also change the color theme of the keyboard and turn 'path input'...
