.it probably is your sd card. you prob need atleast a class 4 micro sd card. take out your sd card and post sieze, class and how much data you actualy have on it.

if 4g isn't closely available, invest 20$ in a WiFi router and enjoy your home internet speed and save gas driving for 4g. also sprint dosen't throttle so if there coverage is good in your area of daily doings i would consider flashing.

also if your warrenty is still good and ur marquee gets "accidental" hardware damage thats covered by warranty you can just go to the sprint store and get it switched out.

try to re-install the origional kernal from adb or boot another kernal/rom from adb

try the lg support tool. use the recovery phone option.
