    Phone keeps on freezing!

    Hello! So my Samsung Galaxy S3 keeps on messing up on me :( The screen becomes unresponsive after I get a message about google play isn't working! I don't know what to do & I haven't been able to do anything! it does let me turn it off but that's it.
