I decided to take my phone into tmobile and have them check out my phone and they solved this issue... You need to double click the powder button Rapid or very fast!..

There is a feature in the camera settings, with a double click on the power button that will open your camera.. I turned on that feature, but when I double clicked the power button the system went to the Lock screen? And now it went from the lock screen to just a blank blank screen? Help!

Yes! When claiming the gifts you need to use your note 9... And... Go to the Samsung app(blue) and hit the inbox and you will see your personal information and make sure the information is correct, and submit!.. Sortly you will receive an email from Samsung! Good luck!
