Yeah you can still add any of the apps in the dropdown menu list to the dropdown menu so I have no problem with that. I'd like to know why Verizon didn't put any link to the Galaxy apps store though. I'd like to see what they have.

I think all of the Galaxy models work like that. I couldn't get my S3 to change the volume unless I unlocked it. It will let you do it however, if the phone is ringing.

Or you can change the keyboard to Swype through the options menu. It then shows up at the bottom and your input text gets pushed up above the keyboard.

I just use the wireless charging pad with the adapter it came with for regular charging, or just plug in the cable that came with the phone for quick charging.

Wait do you mean while you're using it? Most of the time I just don't use it while it's charging.
