    I gave up and tried to hard reset the phone, that did nothing. So I send it in for repair (still under warranty) Thank you for your support :-)

    Doesn't work. I'm pressing and holding the volume down button when S7 logo is showing during startup, right?

    When I turn my S7 on it first shows the Galaxy S7 logo and then it goes on to the single Samsung logo. And then nothing happens.
