I just got the update, and had the same problem. I think I fixed it by resetting app preferences then restarting the phone. I've had to allow apps to access things that they already had access to before the update; but I haven't had the "screen overlay detected" pop up again I have a LG G4

My lovely htc rezound says there is an update. However, when I go to update it says something along the lines of "system not available. Try again when system is available." I have tried updating through WiFi as well as 4G. Can someone help me please?
