My icons are set to the default setting, but I don't like the squarcle shape. I go to settings - display and try to select Icon Frames off but it's greyed out. Any suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated. A couple months ago, I finally added my work email/contacts to my Android. I didn't realize at the time, but since then, every new contact I've created was saved under my work phonebook, and not Google. I try to go into the contact to Edit which phonebook its saved...
