Apple has them, but I don't have the money to pay full up front. I went ahead and ordered on another line on my account that has their phone paid off. I will be charged when it ships and then turn around and get my Note7 refund. They quoted me a shipping date of 11/28 - 12/14.

T-Mobile doesn't seem to have any Note 5's right now either. Maybe just sold out currently? They are not listed online. I called my 2 local T-Mobile's on Saturday. One did not have any. The other had 2 golds. I don't want gold. Will try again next weekend.

Mine is really touchy, but it does work. I have to click on the arrows and without lifting my thumb move it where I want it. It took a few times because again, it is super touchy compared to other "drag" functions.
