Hands free didn't work for me, I was connected to wifi. You can try sprint.com/activate it did not work for me either. Currently on a chat working on activating.

So I just went on and did this so I could have the phone before daughter's swim lesson. After logging into UPS mychoice, scroll down to MyChoice settings and it is in the choices there. Hope that helps
