Never mind. I found it. It's a bit different now. Go into Events, tap on the top photo and then it will launch the highlights with the settings tab in the corner. FYI.

Hi, this is my first post. Just finished installing the 4.3 OTA update and one of the features I was looking forward to seeing was the added HTC Zoe highlights but it is no where to be found. It used to be in the gallery app but I only see the slideshow feature. Where is it??? Thanks!
