Still don't have it either. I really wanted it but now that I see people having issues with it I am a bit more patient about it

I would of liked for it to come with LTE. I know they will probably put it in there down the road but I would of been willing to pay a bit more for it on the first run. For $180 though,, I cannot complain, it's a solid phone.

I get that a lot with my M8. Even when you tap to focus on the sky it gets the sky correctly but your landscape gets very dark. I get mixed results with HDR in those situations, sometimes sky is still not blue or too bright. Outside of that I think indoor and macro shots are on par with iphone.

Yes it does. It is right around the middle of the top speaker. Can't see it without blinking but it is there.

I haven't noticed it in low light pictures

Figuratively speaking if htc notices a "problem" with how the m8 meters high contrast pictures could they effectively put an update out for the camera?

Re: Galaxy S5: Is the headphone jack waterproof? Many reviews on youtube you can watch show you can submerge the phone in water and will do fine so long as you make sure your back battery covered is snapped on all the way and the bottom port(usb) is cover with the small cover. Everything else...
