I close apps when they are behaving wierd. I do tend to close all apps every once a while and run the phone manager app to clean memory if tje phone feels slow or lagging. Cheers

It could be a faulty battery. Average battery life span is 2 years, after that time replacement could be needed. My suggestion is if you have done a factory reset and the issue persist then take it to a shop for a battery replacement or look around for a new phone. Erasmo
