I do, but its showing the total internal as 2.81 GB. You think the space used by the OS is hidden or not shown?

I just connected my neo to my win7 laptop for the first time and its showing that there is 2.58 GB available of a total of 2.81 GB. I thought that the internal storage was supposed to be 4GB. Anyone have any idea what going on here?

I had this issue also and found that the video rip was fine, there is a separate setting I found on the iconia that fixed the problem. Go to settings, Dolby Mobile and enable it. That's what worked for me, hope it does for you too.

I have noticed this same issue, if you place slight pressure on the glass it does become fully recessed. I would assume that during the build process that they failed to properly apply the adhesive. I didn't notice this right away but its not a big deal for me and not going through the hassle of...
