I am running into some issues trying to load on Phiremod. I am going the same route as described to mount DeeperBlue's Honeycomb build onto your internal memory.... flash clockwork .img onto the 4GB mSD card, drop .zip for Phiremod onto the mSD card... then go through the typical wiping/data...
