how do Devs figure out how to crack the device. are there any tools, methods, or things to look for. I would loveee to start learning how to do all these dev things.

unfortunately my DInc2 came preloaded with gingerbread. Guess i gotta play the waiting game now.

Ok so I hear that the DInc2 is a little more complicated to root, install custom Recovery, and flash Roms/Kernels. Can anyone give me a simple how to? Im fairly familiar with a lot of terms and flashing. I'm coming from the Samsung Fascinate forums and I went trigger happy with all the goodies...

Well, because i have phone ADD I just kinda conned verizon into swapping out a brand new DInc2. Im gunna miss this phone a whole lot. But ill miss this community as well. Maybe ill come back in this new phone doesnt click with me. Or if a cool new rom comes out =P Anyone else converting?

So whats different with the nightlies? why should i download them? is there any benefit or should i just wait for official builds?

Have you guys tampered with the Cyanogen Mod Settings? there's a sub menu called performance and it lets you pick the governor and the clock limits. Is this worth messing with at all? or should i just work with voltage control.

What do you use to alter the voltage settings? Voltage Control, just like in UKB, correct?

Yeah i never did the atlas thing either. I just reverted back to stock DI01 and then OTA'd up to ED04 then installed CM7 with the OP's instructions. The ROM runs fine, other than battery goes really quick. But i expect that for the first few days. Am I in the clear? Does anyone know?

Is there a way to recover a deleted text message. I know you can use apps to back up texts and what not, but i normally dont have a need to backup my texts. But now i accidentally deleted a bunch of texts and i want to get them back. Is there some sort of trashbin or recycle bin that deleted...

Yes, I know he is. I probably wasn't clear. I meant block all calls from one person while still allowing me to call that person. Also wanted to allow all texts messages to and from that person. So basically They cant call me, but I can call them. They can only text me or receive a phone call...
