final update. Guess the whole hold up was my shipping information missing. Order had my billing info completed, but due to some glitch....the shipping info was blank and the warehouse wasn't shipping it without it. Issue is resolved. And phone has been shipped to me FINALLY. WOO! :D

I ordered a Razr MAXX on VZW.com last week on the 8th... And it's still 'processing' when I check my order status. Is it normal for it to take this long??? Definitely thought I'd have the phone shipped and in my hands by now.
