Use wugfresh's tool. Will set your phone to 4.0.2 and then you get the 4.0.4 upgrade notice in seconds. Had to do this to unbrick my phone.

Applied the GSM hack of 4.1 on my cdma galaxy nexus and 4.1 ran noticeably smoother.

weird thing is, coworker has 4G on the Samsung Charge but I can't even get 3G on my Galaxy Nexus.

Forget about signal strength. This seems to be my issue. Drop from 4G to 3G, takes some time to get a 3G connection. In server room, out of coverage, get back into open and takes awhile to get 3G coverage back. In a solid 4G area (philly area), no problems. Read an article the problem is...

Battery at 57% , listening to pandora, and searching market. Phone shutdown and had to power it back on holding power button. Never experienced on previous phones. :-\
