In mine and my husband's case it fried our phones... the techs have no clue why 4 random s5 devices did that... just that they did.

My poor s5- two of them fried from an update... I was crushed. Then I got sent an s6 as a replacement.... fun times.

the s21 series doesn't seem like a flop to me- I've seen so many units out in the real world, ita kind of nice to see actually, considering I live in a college town where iphones usually are everywhere LoL.

for me as a user it has also come down loyalty, and while Apple can afford to be nicer to its loyal fan base, they aren't. Samsung will give amazing discounts for their trade ins and have for a long time. and I hope they still remain doing so. it's nice to get a flagship devices at mid range...

And it survived way better than the HTC slider I had... which I also loved 🤣

Good choice! It was the one I'd recommend. It has expendable memory, and in my opinion has the better camera set up and battery life over the 21plus. ❤

Apple and Samsung are the big 2 manufacturers of phones.. so of course they're going to take things from each other. Samsung just got a new CEO within the last year, and so of course they're going to follow suit with their competitors... Apple even plans on releasing a foldable phone by 2023...

I saw your reply and picked up the middle case from Caseology. I have a clear one, which I honestly plan on returning cause it's a scratch magnet, I also have a casemate ombre case and now adding this one... Friday can't get here fast enough LoL.

we started financing phones through Samsung and it made it so much easier for us to switch carriers. especially with their already unlocked devices. and don't get me started on the amazing trade ins Samsung has done. ❤

we left t-mobile cause their service wasn't good in our area, and that was last fall. I know as a consumer 5g isn't going to be a thing for some time now, for me it's about reliability and dependability and Verizon provides that for our family. I don't see us leaving anytime soon.
