Thanks, I downloaded what I hope is the right one (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds101291) and am attempting to flash now.

Am I at the point where it needs to be flashed and if so how do I go about that the right way?

I think because I attached an image it's going through moderation. When i use this software it gets stuck on "processing device information" and doesn't get any further.

If I choose anything from those selections, it takes me back to the same original screen I posted.

I tried this software and it continually sits on at this point:
