just did the4 new update and my phone applet still does not work.. thinking about getting the new LG phone now..

Installed the update. and it did not fix my problem at all.. The Phone applet still does not work.. it crashes with message that Contacts has stopped. :(

OMG, about 36 hours after I brought the new device home with 3.4 on it. the same thing happens.. On the phone with Samsung support again.. I am ready to go and swap it out for a LG or Motorola device..

Did not work.. but since I was still in the return period they set me up with a new S4. By the time I got home it was already installing the update. Let's see what happens this time... stay tuned.

I spoke to Samsung Tech Support last night after my phone had the same issue with the Phone App after 3 resets. She suggested that I go to a Best Buy ( with a Samsung Experience booth) and have them re-flash the OS. She said since Verizon pushes out the update over the network that sometimes...

I Called Verizon Wireless support. she is working me through it..
