I have fingerprint unlock on my Moto G4 Plus. The phone locks several time a day, and requests a pin number because on hasn't been entered for 72 hours, even though I may have had to enter it only minutes before. Any clues as to whats causing this? Cheers Pete

I have a HTC Desire 626 and I'm trying to copy everything to a Moto G4. Both phones have Marshmallow but although the apps appear on the new phone, they all have to be reinstalled. I've Allowed Apps From Unknown Sources and Auto Install in Accessability on the Moto G. Any idea where I am going...

The GPS on my 626 is very unstable. No matter which app I use, Google Maps, GPS Essentials ETC I don't get a reliable fix. My Moto G, along side it gets a fix within seconds and holds it. Is there anything I can try, like doing a factory reset, or will it have to be returned to HTC for repair?

OK Thank you. I've reported the loss to the local police and have a "Lost Property Reference". I'm using an old HTC Sensation at the moment which is a hand me down. I've ordered a replacement, which is due to be released in the UK next Monday, and I'll make sure that one is protected.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did have Avast on it. Still need to know if it can be traced by IMEI though?

OK its not the end of the world but my Nexus 4 has been lost/stolen. I had no security apps on it so I'm wondering if it can be traced via the IMEI number? I've looked for it on the Google Android Device Manager site, but its not shown up there since I lost it on Friday the 13th. Whatever...
