Here's my scenario....currently living in Shenzhen, China. Recently bought the HTC Desire. China firewall doesn't allow me to download any apps from the google market. I always have to download directly from the publisher's website the apk file directly to my PC. No problem in doing that...

Just wanted to say 'hi' to everyone here. I have been living in Shenzhen, China now for the past 3 years. Originally from Florida. I'm looking forward to browsing all the interesting topics here and hopefully learn some new tips for my mobile phone. Jim
