my autorotate started failing today. then I recalled that earlier today I was "calibrating" the level in the "Swiss Army Knife" app. I also recalled that the calibration was a little wacky. So, I uninstalled that app, and LO AND BEHOLD, my autorotate began working again in all apps. So, maybe...
