I bought from Amazon- NOT in retail packaging. Am I right in seeing that the Defender covers the front and back? If so, that's a deal-killer. Plus, I want to carry the phone in my front pocket.

I just got a new S23+ and I'd like a case that's soft but highly drop resistant with an open face. I had a Tech21 for my S22, but I wasn't fond of it. I'm trying a UAG Plus (see pic), which is a hard case. I would think a soft case would be less prone to impact when I drop the phone on a hard...

Fixed! The number was blocked in my Phone Settings/Block numbers. I'm not sure how it got there, though user error is a possibility. Thanks, everyone, for the help!

I use YouMail, but it allows calls from contacts and 800 numbers etc. Plus, I uninstalled YouMail and it still happens.
