I downloaded the quattrimus-VM670-cm9-beta.zip and it hosed my phone. Took over an hour to factory reset and get back to the last backup that I had. After installing the release all I got was a picture of a robot with an evil smile. I think maybe this zip file is compromised.

I would try formating it also on the slider. My system has 32gb and I added a 32gb sdcard and it worked fine from day one. I would think once formated it should work fine. Jim R

I would suggest trying other wifi sits also. Mine connects at home to my home wifi and it connects to my phone hotspot wife which ever I have up and close to it. Jim R

Could someone please explain the reason/benefits for the rooting of your phone and what it gains you vs messing up your phone so it doesn't work? Is this more like getting to the root in Lynx? Not being Lynx person this is all very confusing to me and scary. :) JimR
