Ok so I got it to work by telling it to mute camera shutter then it records audio...when I have it play the camera shutter sound it doesn't record audio.

hmmm...checked those and everything looks correct..any other ideas?

Yes you can set permissions in this ROM. If you go to Settings->CyanogenMod settings->Application->Permission Management(check this box). This turns on the permission management. Now if you go to Settings->Applications->Manage applications and choose the application in your list that you want...

Not sure If this CM7 port is the same as others but if you go to Settings--CyanogenMod settings--Interface--Status bar tweaks--Battery percentage you will get the percentage to replace the battery icon. Hope this helps!

If using Wireless Tether for Root Users, there is the option in the settings of the app for reducing the transmit power. It is set to disabled by default, but allows you to reduce by either 5 dBm, 7 dBm, 10 dBm, 12 dBm, 13 dBm, 14 dBm or 15 dBm.

So are you saying the hotspot widget and/or quick settings will work with VD and TR 1.8 (when released)?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe wireless tether won't run on ThundeROM 1.7 as wireless tether requires a non stock kernel and TR 1.7 is running a stock kernel.

So I might have missed something when I upgraded to TR 1.7, just wanted to put that out there right away. After I went through the process of the LG Updater and flashing TR 1.7, my software version now says VC, but my baseband is still V9. My phone has been working great with great reception...
