    could be the USB drivers. Uninstall them and install them again. Also, did you protect your phone with fingerprint / password / pattern lock? If yes, then unlock it first and then connect it.

    Not a user but based on the phone specs it looks decent phone for basic use. I suggest you increase your budget a bit and buy OnePlus X.

    Depending on the model, it should come with 32Gb memory with about 22-25 Gb user usable. RAM should be 3 or 4 Gb.
