Mystery solved for now.... I installed DiskUsage and it showed me an app called VisionProvider that was using over 30GB of space, so I cleared the cache and data of that app and now I’m using 43% of storage rather than 99%. I’m guessing it has to do with my firm’s crazy security, but does...

It doesn’t. I was tapping it like crazy and all it did was make the big block red. There is no storage analyzer app that allows me to dig down deeper into this “Other/System” space.

Thanks. It says 51GB of system data, but there doesn’t appear to be anything I can do with that data.

I uninstalled Facebook and that did nothing. I will probably just reformat the internal storage since there really isn't much on it and hope I don't have the same issue. Thanks again.

Tried it and it did nothing to the space available. I followed that exactly and it did nothing. I don’t have Spotify installed. Thanks, all! This is frustrating.
