    phone is now rooted but stuck as "desire HD"

    I am having the same problem as the op.Some apps that I had downloaded from android market before rooting will no longer download because the market is now seeing my phone as a desire hd. Is there any way to make my phone report as an inspire without unrooting?

    Of the roms I have tried so far, I would have to recommend RCMix3D Kingdom. Great sense 3.0 rom and have not run into any stabillity issues yet.

    tried that one, but my speeds were still pretty bad. i just might have to try different radio and ril combos until i find one that works for me.
