Same issue. I tried upgrading to premium visual voice mail and now I get an error code 9991. Currently on the phone with tech support to try to resolve. I came across just one complaint about this issue at another message board.

So, I got the OTA update a couple of hours ago. So far, I've made/received 4 calls to/from landlines and cell phones and they've been crystal clear! I'm cautiously optimistic that this issue is resolved =)

Hmm.... for those who experienced the same audio issues on the Note 3, it looks like they've got a light at the end of their tunnel: Sprint's Samsung Galaxy Note 3 gets update for audio fixes, keyboard improvements | Android Central I'm sure a fix for the Verizon version won't be far behind...

I'm still hanging on to my phone... the "smart" part of it is just too nice to give up, not when my fallback is a half-dead Thunderbolt. LOL. Any luck getting VZW to waive the restocking fee?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think anyone who has experienced this problem has had any luck with a new G2. Moreover, a few people who replaced this phone with a Note 3 are experiencing the same problem...

OK, now I'm aggravated. I tagged the calls and had to keep calling tech support because nobody ever called me. Tech support told me that Network closed the ticket with a note that the problem was my phone. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

Interesting... my account was checked by Verizon and they said it is fine... I really hope the Note 3 is a huge seller and they get swamped with complaints!
